I'm Nohea Stevens. I've been part of Ka'ala Farm's 'ohana for years — and my connection to this place runs deeper than any title could describe. This valley, this soil, the people who have tended it for millennia and the last five decades: they shaped who I am before I ever had a role here.
Today, I'm part of the work of holding Ka'ala together and carrying it forward. That means developing our team, building systems that can sustain what our kūpuna planted, and making sure that the knowledge, relationships, and care of the past fifty years don't live only in memory — but in the hands and hearts of the next generation.
